At Ivy’s Boutique, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, please review the policy below for full details.
Return Conditions

You may only initiate a return after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs, including international and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them for extended use is not.

Returns of items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of keeping only part of the order are not permitted.
How to Return an Item

Email us at info@ivys-boutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier in China.

Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs or import fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows the item was delivered to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
